About You
Required:
- High school graduation or its equivalent.
- Two years experience in general building maintenance.
- Valid California Driver's License.
- Knowledge of basic methods, materials, and equipment used in maintenance trades.
Preferred:
- At least one year experience as a journey level or equivalent, skilled maintenance worker in trades such as Carpenter, Electrician, or Plumber.
- Possess valid Class A California driver's license for heavy equipment operation.
- Ability to interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.
