About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data, and fostering a positive learning environment for clients. You will work closely with families and be an integral part of the clinical team, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before working.
- Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Preferred:
- Experience in education or early childhood development.
- Experience in childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship.
- Experience as a teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide.
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
- Experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism.
