About the Role
As a Male Shift Coordinator, you will directly supervise all program staff during their shifts, ensuring that all program support and services are provided. You will be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the home, ensuring compliance with licensing indicators, and tracking individual entitlements. Your role also includes providing on-the-job training, mentoring staff, and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Three years of experience in Human Services.
- Proven leadership skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and use of personal vehicle for work purposes.
- Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and negative drug screening.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion.
- Proven track record as a team player capable of influencing all levels of management.
