About the Role
As a Malpractice Litigation Attorney, you will manage a full caseload of complex insurance defense matters from inception through trial. Your responsibilities will include conducting depositions, hearings, mediations, and court conferences, drafting pleadings and motions, and building strong client relationships. You will also mentor junior attorneys and contribute to recruiting and business development efforts.
About You
Required:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Barred in both New York and New Jersey.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or general liability litigation.
- Strong litigation and case management skills, including deposition and courtroom experience.
Preferred:
- Experience litigating in New Jersey state and/or federal courts.
