About the Role
As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for positioning patients and performing imaging procedures, reviewing patient images for quality, educating patients about procedures, preparing and administering contrast media, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Radiography certification.
- Mammography certification - must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
- Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
- Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
