About the Role
As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating computer and mammography equipment for image production, documenting patient assessments, providing patient education, performing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, with no weekends or holidays, and will engage with other healthcare providers to ensure quality care.
About You
Required:
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with Mammography certification.
- At least one year of experience as a Mammography Technologist performing screening and diagnostic exams.
- Basic knowledge of MQSA and ACR guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of mammography Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Preferred:
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients.
- General knowledge of policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services.
- Basic PC skills for documentation and data entry.
