About the Role

As a Mammography Technologist II, you will interface with patients to gather medical history, provide instructions for procedures, and perform high-quality imaging exams. You will also educate patients on breast self-examination, review patient charts, and maintain imaging equipment. The position requires attention to patient care and coordination with radiologists to ensure proper protocols are followed.

About You

Required:

Graduate of an accredited Registered Technologist program.
Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
Registry in Mammography (M), Bone Densitometry (BD), and Breast Ultrasound (ARRT(BS) or ARDMS(BR)).
Ability to educate patients on procedures being performed.

Preferred:

Two plus years’ experience in Mammography.
Two plus years’ experience in Breast Ultrasound.
Two plus years’ experience in Bone Density.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
