About the Role
As a Managed Care Resource, you will establish and evaluate strategic plans to optimize financial performance, engage in complex contract negotiations, and maintain relationships with health plans and regulatory agencies. You will also assist in contract updates, cancellations, and appeals, while monitoring industry trends to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of managed care contracting language and methods.
- Experience in operationalizing managed care contracts in skilled nursing.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or health care administration.
- At least 2 years of experience with Managed Care contracting.
