Summary
Ensign Services is seeking a Managed Care Resource to support Skilled Nursing Facility leaders in managed care contracting and revenue enhancement strategies in Cleveland, OH.
About the Role
As a Managed Care Resource, you will engage in complex contract development and negotiation, establish relationships with health plans, and assist in the analysis of amendments and reimbursement. You will also strategize for facility census growth, teach facility personnel about contract operationalization, and monitor industry changes to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of managed care contracting language and methods.
- Experience in operationalizing managed care contracts in skilled nursing environments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or health care administration.
- At least 2 years of experience with Managed Care contracting in Senior Living/Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care community.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
