About the Role
Responsibilities include identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems; developing IT solutions based on customer requirements; responding to technical support requests via phone, email, and tickets; documenting and tracking issues to ensure timely resolution; supporting and troubleshooting hardware and software related to LAN/WAN; configuring network hardware such as hubs, switches, routers, and servers; managing cloud-based solutions including email and SaaS systems; scheduling repairs; building and configuring servers and workstations; providing end-user support for LAN/WAN applications and remote users; assisting with data recovery and backups; managing PC and laptop imaging; assisting with phone system changes and troubleshooting; and performing proactive assessments of network and telephony systems.

- Physical ability to lift at least 100 lbs and endure long periods of standing, walking, sitting, crouching, and bending.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technology Support or 3 years in Technology Support for a Managed Service Provider.
