Summary

About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you will deliver SAP application solutions within your area of proficiency, develop a scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategy, and empower clients to navigate and capture the benefits of their application portfolio. You will also focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement while leading global teams and mentoring junior resources.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience
Preferred:
- Experience providing solution strategy and AES delivery as SAP Solution Architect
- Experience delivering SAP application solutions portfolio
- Experience developing scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategy
- Experience leading proposal development efforts
- Experience supporting SAP application packaged solutions
- Experience developing solutions based on common industry issues
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs
- Experience leading global teams to generate vision and motivate members
- Experience mentoring and upskilling junior resources
