ADP is hiring a Managed Services, District Channel Manager to join their team in Essex County, NJ. The role involves executing a strategic plan to drive U.S. Enterprise Payroll product sales through the field sales organization.
About the Role
As a Managed Services, District Channel Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in a designated geographic area, collaborating with Field Sales and Channel Marketing, and providing sales support for division/area leadership. Your tasks will include executing product sales strategies, assisting in sales education, and reporting market information. The role requires 20% travel and involves working closely with various functional groups within ADP.
About You
Required:
5+ years of experience in a product or channel marketing position or field sales management experience in a wide geographic area.
Knowledge of U.S Payroll market.
Knowledge of ADP Payroll products.
Preferred:
Previous business services and/or business software experience.
Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
Business-to-business experience in human capital management, payroll, HR solutions, or talent management.
