Summary
Centurum is seeking a Management Analyst II (Contingent) to provide financial, clerical, and executive-level administrative support to U.S. Navy programs in Port Hueneme, CA.
About the Role
As a Management Analyst II, you will be responsible for guiding stakeholders on fund allocation, analyzing financial and management data, leading deliverables for Department Business Operations, and serving as the central point of contact for action items and problem resolution. You will also organize meetings, prepare materials for executive engagements, and utilize DoD systems to complete assigned tasks.
About You
Required:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
- Significant experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Navy logistics or digital engineering environments
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint)
