About the Role
As a Manager / Senior Manager in Transformation Consulting, you will lead significant transformation workstreams end-to-end, act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, drive programme structure and governance, integrate technology into change programmes, and mentor consultants while contributing to firm growth.
About You
Required:
- 6+ years’ consulting experience at a top-tier firm.
- Current or recent Manager / Senior Manager level experience.
- Proven leadership across large-scale programmes or portfolios.
- Strong project and programme management expertise.
- Authorisation to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
