About You
- 3–5 years of business development and/or SaaS sales experience.
- 2+ years in an SDR leadership or team co-lead role, with experience managing team transitions or new GTM initiatives.
- Experience with Salesforce, Sales Enablement platforms (e.g., Gong), and SDR tooling (Outreach, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
- Strong understanding of account-based and outbound sales motions.
- Ability to drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps during times of change.
- Track record of ramping SDRs quickly and effectively in new roles or segments.
- Passion for coaching and developing talent in evolving team structures.
