Summary
Esri is seeking a Manager – Enterprise Business Intelligence to join their team in Redlands, CA. The role involves leading a team to deliver actionable and insightful information products to stakeholders across the enterprise.
About the Role
As a Manager in the Enterprise Business Intelligence team, you will lead and mentor a team of BI professionals, engage with leadership to understand reporting needs, oversee the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards, collaborate on data strategies, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence or Business Applications, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex business problems and design visually appealing information products.
- Proven history of initiating and driving process improvements and strategic projects.
- Proficiency with business intelligence and analytical reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of collaboration and analysis tools including Visio, Lucid charts, Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, SQL and relational databases.
- Demonstrates a blend of analytical rigor and creative problem-solving.
