S&C Electric Company is seeking a Manager - Business Process to join their team in Chicago, IL. The role involves collaborating with Global Supply Chain Leadership to design and standardize processes from Receipt to Deliver.
About the Role
As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing supply chain processes, ensuring governance and accountability, and collaborating with various teams to support implementation and adoption of new processes. You will also contribute to defining enterprise process standards, support testing and business validation, and lead change management efforts to prepare the business for new tools and processes.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in material flow architecture and warehouse management design and execution.
- Proven strategic and technically strong cross-functional leader with extensive experience in driving process excellence.
Preferred:
- Master's degree (MBA or Supply Chain Management).
- Experience with large scale ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle/SAP).
- Experience in a large (2+ billion-dollar revenue) B2B manufacturing company.
