Summary
Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a Manager - Compensation & Benefits to join their team in Jeannette, PA. The role involves the operational implementation and administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
About the Role
As the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, you will manage employee benefit programs, collaborate with outside vendors, lead communication efforts regarding benefits, conduct annual open enrollment, and ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws. You will also administer the compensation strategy, conduct market assessments, and provide analytical support to the HR team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a compensation and benefits role.
- Working knowledge of job evaluation, annual salary planning, and compensation/benefits data analytics including strong MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation structures and benefits program design.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, MBA or similar.
- Global compensation and benefits management experience.
- Experience with job evaluation using the Hay Group Guide Chart Method.
- Experience with a major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday).
