- Minimum of five years' experience in compliance with demonstrated leadership.
- Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource regulations.
- Experience managing ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 accreditations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Applicable certifications in compliance or related areas.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
