Summary
Freshworks is seeking a Manager - Enablement Delivery & Events to join their team in Bellevue, WA. The role involves orchestrating high-impact internal events and delivering effective enablement programs for the Americas Field teams.
About the Role
As the Manager - Enablement Delivery & Events, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of annual GTM Kickoffs, immersive training events, and regular communications. You will develop engaging sales training programs, collaborate with various teams to create sales collateral, and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. This role requires 25%-30% travel and a hybrid work schedule with in-office presence three days a week.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of combined experience in enablement and sales, preferably in a technology company.
- Extremely strong delivery skills, both in-person and virtually.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Additional certifications in training and development.
- Experience managing events across international, cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and event planning platforms.
