As a Manager in the National Tax Office, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing federal income tax issues, assisting with M&A tax structuring, drafting communications, and conducting firm-wide training on federal income tax matters. About You
Required:
- 4+ years of progressive federal income tax consulting experience (large law firm, large accounting firm, or IRS preferred).
- J.D. and Tax LL.M.
Preferred:
- Experience working with partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Strong proficiency with tax research databases (such as Bloomberg BNA and RIA Checkpoint).
