Summary
Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Manager- Sales Channel to join their team in Delhi. The role involves spearheading the expansion and optimization of the domestic dealer network within the blower division.
About the Role
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strategically developing and expanding the domestic dealer network, onboarding new dealers, implementing dealer policies, conducting performance reviews, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with sales teams. You will also drive growth for existing dealers and design training programs to enhance dealer capabilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, BE/B. TECH, or equivalent qualification.
- 10-15 years of comprehensive experience in channel sales, dealer development, and end-to-end sales processes.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Valid driving license with readiness to travel extensively across India.

- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster dealer relationships.
- Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving channel sales growth and optimizing dealer performance.
