About the Role

As a Manager 2, Data Science, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of analysts and data scientists, developing data-driven insights to improve marketing decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide new campaign and growth roadmaps. You will utilize advanced experimentation methods and time-series forecasting models to measure marketing impact and optimize marketing efforts for the best possible ROI.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applying scientific methods to solve real-world problems on web-scale data.
Strong background in statistical analysis, programming, and experimentation.
Proficiency in SQL and Hive.
Expertise in at least one scripting language (ideally Python/R).

Preferred:

Experience leading key technical projects and influencing the scope and output of others.
Meaningful time as a data scientist partnering with business functions, ideally with paid marketing teams.
Ability to turn ambiguous questions and problems into clear deliverables and insights.
