- 8+ years of experience in the risk domain, with at least 2 years leading analyst teams.
- Significant experience in the fintech space, particularly in Small Business Payments, Payroll, or Lending.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R, and experience in big data environments like Hive, Hadoop, or AWS.
- Working mastery of risk fundamentals including fraud detection and compliance.
- An Advanced Degree (Master's/MBA) in a quantitative or business field.
