About the Role
As a Manager, Account Management, you will provide best-in-class service by independently producing active programs and overseeing multiple elements. You will be the primary contact for clients post-sale, responsible for understanding campaign elements and strategy, creating and maintaining program documentation, coordinating with vendors, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- BA or equivalent
- 3-5 years Advertising or Publisher company experience
- Strong track record in client service
- Experience in branded content, small-scale event execution, and media execution
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred:
- Proficiency with Canva, Keynote, Excel, Google Workspace, Monday.com
