KPMG US is seeking a Manager, Accounting Advisory Services to join their Deal Advisory practice in Cleveland, OH. The role involves providing accounting advisory support to clients and assisting with regulatory filings and financial reporting.
About the Role
As a Manager in Accounting Advisory Services, you will offer accounting advisory support, assist with SEC regulatory filings, provide conversion services to U.S. GAAP or IFRS, and give transaction-oriented accounting assistance for mergers and acquisitions. You will also be responsible for staff management and the preparation and presentation of accounting findings.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in financial audit with a public accounting or advisory firm or financial reporting experience with a Fortune 500 organization.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
Preferred:
- Licensed CPA or CPA equivalent.
