About the Role
As a Manager in Accounting Advisory Services, you will be responsible for offering accounting advisory support, assisting with SEC regulatory filings, providing conversion services to companies needing changes in financial reporting, and giving transaction-oriented accounting assistance for mergers and acquisitions. You will also manage staff and prepare and present accounting findings.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent financial audit experience with a public accounting or advisory firm or minimum five years of recent financial reporting and consolidations experience with a Fortune 500 organization.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field; licensed CPA or CPA equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
