Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Agentforce GTM Product Marketing to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves executing and scaling the go-to-market strategy for Salesforce's Agentforce portfolio, focusing on AI-driven customer success.
About the Role
As the GTM Product Marketing Manager for Agentforce, you will serve as the go-to-market expert, translating innovation into actionable programs that drive adoption and revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include enabling the consumption model, creating sales plays, collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining product expertise, delivering presentations, and developing enablement content. You will also ensure field readiness and alignment across various teams while thriving in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
5+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
Deep understanding of Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or comparable enterprise AI and automation platforms.
Strong grasp of Agentforce product fundamentals, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
Proven ability to partner closely with Core Product Marketers, Product Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience working directly with Sales Leadership and translating GTM strategy into field-ready execution.
Success in developing sales plays, enablement programs, and training materials.
Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with consumption-based pricing models.
Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to inform GTM strategy.
Highly organized and effective at managing multiple priorities.
Preferred:
Experience supporting or marketing AI, automation, or agent-based products.
Background in management consulting (Big 4 or equivalent).
Ability to collaborate seamlessly across Product, Sales, Enablement, and Strategy.
Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
