About the Role
As a Manager, AI Initiatives & Adoption, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI agents to automate various tasks, collaborating with stakeholders to identify impactful AI use cases, and serving as the primary contact for professionals using AI tools. You will also establish AI architecture and maintain a prompt library to improve effectiveness based on user feedback.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in applications development and implementation, legal operations, risk management, compliance, or business process automation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and presenting complex topics in an understandable manner.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and familiarity with tools like Notebook LM, Agentspace, or Microsoft Copilot.
