About the Role
As a Manager, AI Initiatives & Adoption, you will lead the development and implementation of AI agents for automating tasks such as research and compliance tracking. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify impactful AI use cases, establish AI architecture, and serve as the primary contact for professionals using AI tools, providing training and support.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in applications development and implementation, legal operations, risk management, compliance, or business process automation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and presenting complex topics in an understandable manner.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and familiarity with tools like Notebook LM, Agentspace, or Microsoft Copilot.
