About the Role
As a Manager, AI Initiatives & Adoption, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI agents to automate various tasks, collaborating with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases, and serving as the primary point of contact for professionals using AI tools. You will also establish AI architecture and maintain a prompt library to improve effectiveness based on user feedback.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in applications development and implementation following SDLC, legal operations, risk management, compliance, and/or business process automation.
- Minimum one year of demonstrable recent experience with prompt engineering, AI governance, technology evaluation, and selection.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science or a related field.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to understand their requirements and demonstrate solutions.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies such as Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Familiarity with tools like Notebook LM, Agentspace, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
