About the Role

As a Manager, AV Integration, you will oversee daily activities of A/V Integration and Service Support Teams, manage multiple Project Managers, and ensure alignment with team objectives. You will act as the customer's point of contact for problem resolution, maintain communication with stakeholders, provide project status updates, and ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will conduct performance evaluations, develop training programs, and document internal processes.

About You

Required:

Previous Audio Visual/IT Manager experience.
Ability to read and understand project drawings, schematics, engineering notes, and operation manuals.
Above-average knowledge and experience with the installation of Audio-Visual systems and equipment.

Preferred:

Professional Audio-Visual certifications (Crestron, Biamp, Shure, QSC, etc.).
Understanding of construction blueprints and knowledge of commercial construction practices.
Strategic planning skills with the ability to plan 6–12 months in advance.
