About You
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, operations, analytics, consulting, or growth roles, ideally in tech, e-commerce, travel, or B2B environments.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and draw conclusions.
- Proven experience improving processes or operating models in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- People management experience or readiness to manage and develop others.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Background in management consulting, internal strategy, or operations excellence roles.
- Experience building standardized playbooks or scalable partner programs.
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and experimentation concepts.
- Experience working with dashboards (e.g., Tableau or similar BI tools).
- Exposure to B2B, affiliate, partner marketing, or marketplace models.
