About You
- 8+ years of experience in benefits administration.
- Thorough knowledge of employee benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Experience working with large, diverse workforces in a manufacturing setting.
- Automotive experience.
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
- Experience transitioning to self-funded plans.
