About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in legal billing, financial operations, or revenue management; law firm experience strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of legal billing systems (e.g., Aderant, Elite 3E, or similar platforms).
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Background in billing and collections processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
