BioSpace is seeking a Manager, Business HR- International MHI to join their team in Mettawa, IL. The role focuses on partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
About the Role
As the Manager, Business HR- International MHI, you will serve as the primary strategic partner to the International Therapeutic Area business, assisting in creating and implementing HR strategies. Your responsibilities will include coaching business leaders on leadership development, talent management, and succession planning, as well as ensuring the effective delivery of HR programs and services. You will also drive people leader development, facilitate change, and prioritize critical projects based on business needs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree; preferred advanced degree in Human Resources.
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience with talent assessment tools and talent reviews.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Project management or business experience.
- Familiarity with global HRIS systems and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to align HR activities with business strategy.
