Liberty of Puerto Rico is seeking a Manager, Business Intelligence to join their team in the San Juan-Carolina Area. The role involves enabling data-driven decision making by implementing analytics strategies and overseeing data architecture.
About the Role
As a Manager, Analytics & Business Intelligence, you will support the execution of LCPR's Analytics strategy, identify improvement opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and maintain BI tools, and lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualizations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance or other quantitative field.
- 5-8 years of experience building operational reports and developing BI tools using software such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Preferred:
- Experience in telecommunications or large-scale enterprise data environments.
- Ability to optimize database performance, queries, and ETL processes.
- Programming in Python and/or R.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark.
