About You
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, requirements gathering and analysis, documentation, and system implementation.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional improvement projects and managing stakeholder engagement.
- Skilled in process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong experience in coaching and leading teams.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
- Certification such as Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, PMP.
