About the Role

As the Manager, Campaign Social Media & Ad Operations, you will collaborate with candidates to set up content calendars, manage Canva templates, and create best practice guides. You will oversee the verification process for political ads on Meta and Google, provide ad launch support, and analyze ad performance to optimize spending. This position requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and improving departmental processes to support candidates effectively.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in social media campaign management or digital ad placement.
Experience navigating the identity verification process for political ads on Meta and Google.
Proficiency in Canva for creating social media assets.
Meticulous attention to detail and a customer service mindset.
Ability to backwards plan across multiple candidate timelines.
Experience analyzing social media ad performance.

Preferred:

Basic experience editing or creating short-form video content for social media.
Familiarity with the technical backend of campaign social media pages, including website integration and SEO.
Familiarity with AI content generation tools.
