About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer engagement, preferably in healthcare or clinical research.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize competing demands.
- Experience with CRM tools and client success platforms.
- Current CIP (Certified IRB Professional) certification.
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CIP, CSPO).
- Advanced knowledge of WCG IRB Operations workflow and submission process.
