As the Manager of the Client Transitions team, you will operationalize distinctive capabilities within the firm, lead daily workflows, mentor team members, and ensure a seamless client experience during transitions. You will collaborate with various departments to enhance service delivery and contribute to process improvements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, client operations, or relationship management roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading workflows and mentoring team members.
Preferred:
- Advanced coursework or credentials in relevant fields.
- Experience with Salesforce and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools like Microsoft CoPilot.
