About the Role
As a Manager in Clinical Operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the cardiac technician staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and alignment with departmental goals. Your duties will include monitoring staff performance, facilitating employee development, managing production queues, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Current valid RN licensure (IL or CA), paramedic/EMT-P license, or CCT certification, or ability to achieve certification within 120 days of hire.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment, preferably within cardiac monitoring or a related field.
Preferred:
- BSN, BS in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in employee development, clinical coaching, and quality assurance processes.
