About the Role
As a Manager, Clinical Operations, you will lead the operations of a virtual clinical practice, managing medical assistants, administrative assistants, and workforce management analysts. Your responsibilities include ensuring staffing levels, scheduling coverage, and workflow execution meet clinical and operational KPIs, providing supervision and coaching to team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless clinic operations.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical administration, or similar environment.
- Prior leadership experience managing clinical or administrative staff.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, virtual care operations, and scheduling/workforce management practices.
- Proficiency with virtual care platforms, EHRs, and operational tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in Virtual Primary Care, Urgent Care or telehealth environments.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (Medical Assistants, Admin Assistants, Workforce Management).
