Summary
ISI is seeking a Manager, Cloud Security & Engineering to lead the secure design, governance, and operational oversight of cloud and hybrid environments in Reston, VA.
About the Role
As the Manager, Cloud Security & Engineering, you will guide a team of security engineers, driving architectural standards and security practices across Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Your responsibilities include overseeing cloud security architecture, operational security leadership, identity and access governance, network protection, endpoint security, data security, threat detection, and stakeholder engagement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity or cloud security engineering, with at least three years in Azure or Google Cloud.
- Two years of team leadership experience, including technical oversight and accountability for deliverables.
- Experience implementing cloud security controls and regulatory compliance programs.
Preferred:
- Seven or more years of experience in cloud security or cybersecurity engineering.
- Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate.
- Project leadership certification such as PMP.
