Summary
The Jonus Group is seeking a Manager, Commercial Casualty Claims to join their dynamic Commercial Claims department in Sandy, UT. This full-time, exempt, hybrid position requires a strong background in commercial claims management and leadership.
About the Role
As the Manager of Commercial Casualty Claims, you will maintain a quality assurance program for all casualty claims, provide technical guidance on complex claims, oversee litigation strategy, develop claims handling processes, review claims data, drive continuous improvement, manage a team of adjusters, and promote excellent customer service.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in commercial claims, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Advanced knowledge of General Liability and Auto coverage, liability and injury claims, including litigation management.
- Strong background in process improvement and data analysis.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, presentation, and training skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with core systems, including data management.
