As the Manager of Commercial Operations, you will be responsible for optimizing field operations, supporting execution, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Key responsibilities include developing tools and processes for field team operations, analyzing key performance indicators, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing training and onboarding for new field team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years of experience in field operations, sales operations, or commercial operations in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong experience with field CRM systems (Veeva CRM preferred), analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI), and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with common healthcare datasets (Claims, Specialty Pharmacy, 867, 852).
- Experience with launch planning.
