Summary

Elevate is seeking a Manager, Commercial Strategy & Operations to support revenue-focused strategy, pricing, ticketing operations, and partner performance for experiential hospitality programs across various properties.

About the Role

As the Manager of Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will play a key operational and analytical role within the commercial strategy function. Your responsibilities will include managing ticket inventory, supporting event operations, conducting financial modeling and reporting, assisting in pricing and product development, and contributing to business development efforts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive ticketing, hospitality, and experience-based revenue.

About You

Required:

4–7+ years of experience in ticketing operations, event operations, live event logistics, commercial strategy, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with ticketing platforms and inventory systems.
Strong analytical skills with familiarity in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting.
Ability to manage complex operational workflows and cross-functional coordination.
Strong communication and project management skills.

Preferred:

Experience in sports, entertainment, venues, agencies, or major events.
Strong modeling, forecasting, and financial acumen.
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-ready storytelling skills.
