Summary
KPMG US is seeking a Manager, Compensation Strategies to join their Talent & Culture organization in Baltimore, MD. The role involves serving as an internal consultant and strategic advisor on compensation matters.
About the Role
As a Manager, Compensation Strategies, you will collaborate with internal business segments and HR Business Advisors on compensation programs, analyze complex compensation issues, and manage benchmarking projects. You will also participate in salary surveys and provide strategic recommendations to ensure competitive compensation practices.
About You
Required:
- Minimum six years of recent experience with broad based compensation and expertise in base pay as well as variable compensation programs.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Experience in a business/financial services consulting environment or other high growth industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
