About You
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law at an inhouse legal department or law firm, with focus on leasing and contract negotiation.
- Excellent drafting, negotiating, and communication skills.
- 5+ years of commercial leasing, drafting, and negotiating experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
