About You
- 6+ years' experience in brand strategy, advertising, creative strategy or similar.
- 3+ years' experience leading a team of strategists or similar functions.
- Proven track record in Advertising.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8-10+ years' experience in Creative Strategy, preferably within a digital advertising setting.
- 5+ years' experience leading a team of Creative Strategists.
- Proven ability to take complex ad products and create high-impact narratives.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of strategists.
- Comfortability with being the lead voice in high-stakes meetings.
- Strong intuition for the advertising industry across different categories.
- Excitement to build processes from scratch in a fast-changing environment.
- Skilled at using consumer insights and platform data to inform creative concepts.
- Experience in proactive planning for long-term client and agency education.

- Base salary range of $159k–$177k per year.
